Safety & guides: All adventure activities use certified guides, life jackets and helmets. You do not need to be a strong swimmer for rafting, but being comfortable in water helps.
Age & health: Minimum-age and health conditions apply to bungee jumping, rafting and other activities. Please tell us of any medical issues (heart, back, pregnancy) before booking.
What to wear: Quick-dry clothes and secure footwear for water activities, plus a change of clothes and a towel. Leave valuables at your stay or use a waterproof pouch.
