Our domestic packages typically include accommodation (hotels/guesthouses/camps), all road transport from the pick-up point, a dedicated trip captain, meals as mentioned in the itinerary, and free Yatraved goodies. Flights and personal expenses are excluded unless specified.

You can book via our website by clicking "View Trip Details" on any trip, or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9971157975. We accept a small advance to confirm your seat (usually ₹2,000–₹5,000) and the balance is paid 15 days before departure. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and all major cards.

We offer flexible cancellation: cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund (minus processing fee), 15–29 days for 75% refund, 7–14 days for 50% refund. Cancellations under 7 days are non-refundable. We also offer free trip rescheduling once per booking.

Ladakh is very safe and we've taken 5,000+ travellers there. Our itineraries are designed with acclimatization days built in. We carry a first-aid kit and oxygen cylinder on all Ladakh/Spiti trips. We also brief all travellers on symptoms and precautions before departure.

For Ladakh, June to September is peak season when all passes are open. July–August is ideal for full circuits including Nubra and Pangong. For Spiti, May to October is accessible. Most of our group trips are open to travellers aged 18–60. For high-altitude destinations like Ladakh and Spiti, we recommend travellers be in good physical health. Kids below 12 are welcome on family-designated packages. Seniors above 60 can travel with a medical fitness certificate.
